This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing your use of the Grand Minds Technology platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. GMT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

1. General principles

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service and this AUP. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including export-control laws and sanctions.

Transmit, upload, or distribute any material that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or any connected systems or networks.

Introduce malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, or any other harmful or destructive content.

Scrape, crawl, or use automated means (including bots, spiders, or scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform without GMT's prior written consent.

Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Platform, servers, or networks connected to the Platform.

Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Platform, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content.

Resell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Platform outside the authorised reseller programme.

3. Content standards

Any content you submit, upload, or share through the Platform (including reviews, messages, and profile information) must:

Be accurate and genuinely held.

Comply with applicable law in any country from which it is posted.

Not contain material which is or promotes illegal activity, fraud, or misrepresentation.

Not infringe the copyright, trademark, database right, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Not contain unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, spam, or chain messages.

4. Partner obligations

Partners listing Solutions on the marketplace additionally agree to:

Ensure all Solutions are free from malware, backdoors, and undocumented data collection.

Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and system requirements for their Solutions.

Maintain Solutions in a manner consistent with the quality and security standards of the Platform.

Promptly address security vulnerabilities and provide updates as necessary.

Comply with all applicable data-protection laws when handling client data through their Solutions.

Not list Solutions that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Reseller obligations

Resellers promoting Solutions agree to:

Market Solutions truthfully and not make unauthorised claims about features, pricing, or guarantees.

Not use spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive marketing practices.

Not modify or alter Solution branding, pricing, or terms without GMT's prior written approval.

Not use referral codes for self-referral or fraudulent commission generation.

6. AI advisor usage

When using the Platform's AI advisor, you must not:

Submit prompts designed to extract proprietary information, system prompts, or training data.

Use the AI advisor to generate content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights.

Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the AI advisor's safety controls.

Present AI-generated responses as professional advice without appropriate caveats.

7. Enforcement

GMT reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in GMT's sole discretion, violates this AUP. Actions may include:

Issuing a warning.

Suspending or terminating your access to the Platform without notice.

Removing offending content.

Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.

Pursuing legal remedies, including claims for damages.

8. Reporting violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to inquiry@grandmindstechnology.com with sufficient detail for investigation.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This document is governed by the laws of Spain and the applicable law of the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer- and data-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (including, for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR/UK GDPR). The English version is the governing version; translations are provided for convenience only.
