How it works
The Academy awards progression on evidence and qualified review, not attendance.
From application to professional credential
- Step 1Apply
Register and take the entry challenge. It is the only stage that is scored rather than reviewed.
- Step 2Choose a track
Each track names the competencies and projects that unlock it. You can change your mind before it starts.
- Step 3Build and submit
Work is submitted as a versioned piece of evidence. Every version is kept, along with its reviews.
- Step 4Get reviewed
Peers review your work. Where a brief requires it, a mentor reviews too. You see the rubric they scored against.
- Step 5Prove it
Accepted work demonstrates competencies on your skills record. Levels unlock on accepted work, not experience alone.
The principles
- Progression is unlocked by accepted evidence, never by experience on its own.
- A number without reasoning is not feedback.
- Reviews are visible to everyone who can see the work.
- Credentials are issued by Grand Minds Technology and are not a governmental or university accreditation.
